Max has been a part of the MOTTO family from a young age, with the brand’s spirit in his veins. After gaining experience across various venues within the company and completing a part-time management degree, he now enriches MOTTO am Fluss as managing director and partner. What he brings to the table? Verve, charm, and style. Max simply embodies MOTTO – through and through!

FELI - CAFÉ MANAGER
All roads lead to MOTTO am Fluss! Feli started here as an intern years ago and after several career stops along the way, she is now back in our team with lots of expertise. Her goal? To create a space where both staff and guests feel truly welcome, from the first impression to the lasting memories – and she clearly succeeds!

MARTIN - RESTAURANT MANAGER
A passionate host and dedicated team player, a calm anchor and problem solver in every situation. Martin is all of this and more. With many years of experience in fine dining, an eye for detail, and a fearless approach to new ideas, he creates unique moments day by day – making our restaurant a place full of character and soul.

MARKUS - HEAD CHEF
Markus’ culinary journey once began at Niky’s Kuchlmasterei and led him through iconic kitchens like Steirereck, Meinl am Graben, Stadtgasthaus Eisvogel, Artner am Franziskanerplatz, and Hotel Sacher – before finally arriving at MOTTO am Fluss. Now, he delights our guests with beloved classics and new creations, all served with a modern and purist twist.
